WebSounds like you have the function key on by default. Iirc its called fn-lock or something. Basicly, you're not pressing F1, F2 etc, you're pressing FN+F1, and you can't bind that ingame. You need to remove the FN lock. Its usualy a button on the keyboard, but it varies between keyboards.
